Ownership and reserved rights

This notice records that ownership assertion; it does not verify legal title or claim government registration.

Protectable proprietary code, original interface material, documentation and branding are reserved by their respective rights holders. Rights in third-party software and assets remain with their licensors. No exclusive rights are asserted here over abstract ideas, mining methods, facts, third-party content, or portions generated by artificial intelligence that do not qualify for protection.

Brand and logo concepts

MineVexa · Mining Operations Intelligence. The name and logo concepts are used for this product at the owner’s request. No trademark clearance, registered trademark status or government registration is claimed. AI-assisted logo concepts require assessment of any protectable human contribution. Third-party rights remain reserved.

Permitted access and use

Access is restricted to people authorised by the workspace owner. Access permission allows use of MineVexa for the expressly authorised operational purpose. It does not transfer ownership or grant a right to resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit proprietary MineVexa material.

Except with prior written permission from the relevant rights holder or as permitted by applicable law or a third-party licence, copying, modifying, distributing or creating commercial products from proprietary MineVexa material is prohibited. Mandatory legal exceptions are preserved. Do not bypass access controls, share credentials or remove accurate ownership and licence notices.

Operational data and uploaded documents

Users, their employers, customers and other rights holders retain their existing rights in operational records, uploaded documents and customer data. Uploading material does not transfer those rights to MineVexa’s owner. Upload only material you are authorised to use and share. The workspace owner and authorised team members may process it for the permitted operation of this workspace.

Third-party software

MineVexa includes open-source components under their own licences. Those licences continue to apply, and these terms do not limit rights they grant. Preserve relevant attribution and licence notices when copying or distributing components as permitted by their licences. The source distribution includes a third-party notices file.

Operational decisions

Sample data is illustrative. Forecasts and scenario results depend on reported data and stated assumptions and require engineering review. MineVexa does not replace site procedures, approved mine plans, safety assessments or professional judgement. These terms do not promise uninterrupted service, prevention of copying, exclusive rights over every element, or commercial profit.

Applicable law

These terms are intended for use in Saudi Arabia and are subject to applicable Saudi Arabian law, mandatory protections and the rights of third parties. No provision overrides a right or exception that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional commercial licence, assignment or service agreement should be separately agreed by authorised parties.
