MineVexa

Security & trial status

The public trial uses a sample mine. It does not include the owner’s original mine files. Trial role controls demonstrate a workflow; they do not create authenticated team accounts.

Owner workspace

The private owner workspace requires sign-in as the configured owner. Every owner read, save and source-file download checks that exact identity. The role selector lets the owner preview job views; it does not grant another person access. Shared operational endpoints apply separate role and commercial permissions. Unknown accounts are denied.

Team and operator workspaces

The shared workspace is limited to authorised members of this MineVexa installation. An administrator assigns roles and commercial access. Separate companies need their own approved workspace setup before entering confidential data; self-service company provisioning is not available.

Operator drafts are recovered only after the server verifies the signed-in account. Unfinished activities remain separate from saved shift totals. The device queue keeps conflicting shifts for review while independent shifts continue to sync. An offline app launch shows a reconnect screen; complete offline reopening and fleet integrations require further development and field testing.

Changes and evidence

Owner saves reject conflicting revisions and retain a previous workspace snapshot. Shared operational records use revision and audit checks, and operator evidence locks after submission. Original files are returned through authorised download handlers.

Local trial data

Spreadsheet parsing and trial edits run in your browser. Save drafts before downloading a workspace backup; refresh starts a fresh trial. Keep the backup private. Do not use the shared sample role selector as an access control for confidential files.

Before a company rollout

Confirm account isolation, a tested restore process, retention, data location, support and incident procedures in the pilot agreement. Generative AI, payment collection and live equipment connections are not active. MineVexa does not claim independent security certification or a penetration-test attestation.
