Try the supported workbook formats and mapped tabular import in the trial. A pilot agrees any custom mapping, the daily template and the measurements that must reconcile.

What should the pilot prove?

Measure time spent preparing the daily, whether each important total can be traced to its source, and whether the discrepancy and action workflow is useful to your team. Agree the baseline and acceptance criteria before committing to a rollout.

What happens to trial edits?

Save each form or shift draft, then download a workspace backup. Refreshing starts a fresh trial; restore the backup to continue. A sample trial does not create a customer account or subscription.

The public trial contains sample data. Owner records require sign-in and authorised access. The trial stores edits only for the current browser session; save individual drafts, then download a backup to keep your work.

Mine Intelligence currently uses source calculations and review rules. Generative AI, live fleet connections and automated payments are not enabled.
